This is Boathouse Row in Philadelphia along the Schuylkill River. They added more lights this year and I was hoping to get there before Christmas but never did, so I thought it would be good option for the New Year challenge. It was a beautiful afternoon in Philadelphia with temps in the low 50s. I arrived at the Art Museum about 3:30 and couldn't get a spot in the free lot so after a while I ended up in the paid lot, not realising until it was too late that it was going to cost $32. I shot for about 3 hours, all around the Art Museum area and ended at Boathouse Row. Happy New Year from Philadelphia.
