A Hamburg Süd ship passing under the Commodore Barry Bridge which is illuminated by the Golden Hour sun. Hamburg Süd is one of the key carriers on the North-South trade routes by ocean transportation. The Commodore Barry Bridge connects Chester PA with Logan Township NJ. The 13,912 feet span makes the bridge the fourth largest cantilever bridge in the world and the largest in the United States. The bridge is particularly beautiful during the Golden Hour. I've shot it from inside PPL Park (professional soccer stadium), which sits next to the bridge to the right of the photo. I also used the bridge for my composite montage. Probably not the last time you'll see a shot of this bridge this year. Shot handheld, RAW format at 1/125 f/8 ISO 200, auto WB with a 28-300 lens on a D810. A little straightening and basic editing in Lightroom. The other candidates for this week from my shoot around the bridge on Wednesday morning and Fairmont Park on Monday evening are posted at
