Unlike the week before when no rain was expected but it rained, rain was absolutely certain for the Tournament of Bands Region 1A Championships. It rained a lot. The hosts put out some tents, so I was able to have some relief but mostly I was enjoying the opportunity to get some unique shots. This horizontal bass drum feature by Washington Township happens quite late in the show so there was a lot of time for water to build up making a huge splash.
