One of the challenges we get from time to time is to pick a song and illustrate that with a photo, but not to reveal the song title so people can guess. No one got this one right. I gave a few clues - a bit obscure, more of an arrangement of a traditional tune, performed by US Marine Band - but none of the guesses were close. The photo is the Kennett High School drum major. The flag shot came from a bit earlier in the season at a band show in New Jersey. The song this depicts is An American Salute by Morton Gould. As this challenge was during election week, it seemed quite appropriate.
