I had to wait about 20 minutes for other tourists to clear out of the area to get this shot. The group was with a tour guide who clearly saw me waiting yet did nothing to move the group along, instead telling them how lucky they were to have the arch to themselves as they all took photos. I suppose there are worse ways to spend 20 minutes.
